Keeping the whispers at bay (Lydia and Stiles)

This takes place after the finale of season 3A

Lydia wondered what she was doing there as she parked infront of that house that wasn't as familiar as one of its residents had become to her. She'd just gotten into her car and started driving before she even realized where she was.

Silently, she got out and walked up to the front door, hoping it would be him to open up, not his father. She stared at the door for what seemed like forever, wanting to knock, scared of what would happen. What questions he would ask.

Eventually she decided that she'd just knock. If anyone was going to understand her right now it'd be him. That lonely house in which she lived echoed too much for her liking. She needed someone to keep the whispers at bay.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

"Open up Stiles" She thought silently.
