Training With The Pack (Open)

This thread takes place mid-season 2

Derek was supposed to meet Isaac and Erica here an hour ago,but they haven't shown yet. He wanted to train his betas to protect themselves without him being there. He couldn't be there every time they got in trouble. Knowing them,they were probably off in the woods making trouble for themselves. He sighs and walks into the sub car to wait.

Isaac arrives at the depot with a sour look on his face, trying to avoid Derek's look as he walks past him. He has his backpack strapped over one shoulder and sends it flying into a corner of the room as he throws himself on one of the old, beaten armchairs which leaves off a cloud of dust
"Sorry, I'm late! That jerk of a teacher gave me detention! Again!" the beta grumbles.

Erica walked into the depot a moment after Issac, leaning against the door frame."He gave us detention again. I'm pretty sure he's just holding some grudge against us or something."Erica mumbled, looking over at Derek."So, what are your plans to go over today?"The beta asked curiously.

Derek hears both of his betas arrive,so he walks out of the sub car,and chuckles at there reasons for being late. "There are many reasons why your chemistry teacher has a grudge,and one of them is me." He walks up to Isaac and Erica and explains the reason for the meeting. "You two are to have a training session. I want to train you to protect yourselves."

Isaac rolls his eyes, putting a foot on an old side table standing in front of him.
"Another training session? You know, there's a reason I never went to gym before turning!" he says sighing. He never was a big fan of exercising.

Erica shrugged, taking off her jacket."I'm down. I've never really had the chance to do stuff without having a seizure, but now I can actually do it. And looked good while doing it."

Derek chuckled at Erica's comment,and takes off his jacket,revealing a thin grey tank-top. "You guys can take turns coming at me,and I'm not going easy on you." He glares at Isaac implying for him to go first.

"If you insist!" Isaac says, rolling his eyes. He gets out of the armchair and throws his leather jacket on it, revealing a plain white t-shirt. He lets his head roll around on his shoulders, causing the back of his neck to make some cracking noises. He assumes a combat position, tensing his muscles and lets out a roar before charging at Derek.

Erica fixed the straps on her white spaghetti strapped tank top, pulling a red and black checkered flannel with the sleeves cut off out of her bag. She pulled it on, keeping her eyes on Derek and Isaac as they began Isaac's one-on-one with Derek.

Derek easily throws Isaac onto the ground when he attacks him. He chuckles and stares down at him. "I know you can do better than that." He pops his back,and turns his attention towards Erica. "Your turn."

Isaac rubs his back, a disappointed look on his face as he winces in pain. He sits on the ground, leaning against the wall to make space for Erica.
"Show him what you got, Erica!"

Erica stretched her arms out, rolling her neck before getting in a defensive position. She looked up at her Alpha, her eyes glowing golden before she began running at Derek as hard and fast as she could.

Derek throws Erica down,just as easily as he did with Isaac. "Come on you two! Your barely trying!" He flashes his red eyes at them,and lets out a growl. "Both of you try charging at me at the same time."

Isaac gets back up, feeling frustrated. He remembers Derek's and his last training, how powerful he felt when he concentrated his energy on the memory of his father. 'You're nver gonna be able to fight him, you loser!' his dad's voice sounds in his head and Isaac feels the anger that empowered him before, boil up in him again. Baring his teeth, his eyes glowing yellow, he charges at his alpha once more.

Erica jumped back up, the sound of her bones cracking very loudly. She took position beside her fellow beta imagining Derek as the people who had made fun of her due to her illness. When Isaac began charging, she did the same.

Derek is taken aback by his beta's sudden rage. He uses a little extra force this time,but still manages to throw them down. "You're being to predictable." He grabs a water bottle from the table,and takes a sip.

As Derek is drinking from the bottle, his eyes closed for just a moment, Isaac takes the opportunity and charges at him once more, with all his rage. He grabs Derek's head, sending the bottle flying and splashing water everywhere, and pushes his alpha's head against the brick wall.

Eric watched as Isaac charged at the Alpha, jumping up and looking around. She ran up the steps of the abandoned depot, climbing up onto one of the metal ceiling supports, waiting for Isaac to move away from Derek.

Derek felt his body being charged with force,and he felt his head being banged against the brick wall. He lets his body heal for a moment,and smirks. "Nicely done." He looks up suddenly when he hears Erica climbing up the stairs. 'They were doing something unpredictable' he thought to himself.

Isaac is panting heavily, slowly returning back to his human form. He has a smirk on his face, happy Derek couldn't throw him to the ground this time.
"So, did you predict that?" he asks, combing his fingers through his curly hair.

Erica stared down at Derek, targeting her anger by hearing the laughter of the kids who had made fun of her before. She kept her focus on him, waiting until she heard Isaac talking to him score she started her attack. She jumped down, growling as she grabbed Derek from behind, holding him in a chokehold, pushing him against the old walls of the depot.

Derek,who has still not fully regained his strength, has to use a bit of extra force to throw Erica off of him. He breathes heavily as he leans against the nearby wall. "You two are getting better." He smirks and glares at Isaac. "I'm not letting you do that again by the way." Standing up without the support of the wall,he fully transforms,and lets out a loud growl.

Isaac jumps back as Derek growls at him and the smirk is wiped off his face. "But that's what you want, isn't it? For us to fight as hard as we can!" he says, grabbing a blueberry muffing from a bowl on a small table and peeling the paper wrapping off of it.

Erica caught her self, not fully hitting the ground."Aw what's wrong, Derek? Did the little betas hurt the big strong alpha?"Erica smirked, dusting he clothes off, looking at Derek as he growled."You wouldn't have as much strength as you do now if we weren't part of your pack."

Derek growls again at Erica's smart-ass comment. "Yeah,but you wouldn't even here if it wasn't for me. Have you thought about that?" He smirks and charges at Isaac knocking the muffin to the floor,spilling crumbs everywhere.
